How To Unlock Your Wii? - Entertainment - Video Games

After great success of the GameCube and DS, Nintendo took a huge step forward with their latest console the more popular Nintendo Wii. Surpassing its rivals the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 the Nintendo Wii leads in sales as of the beginning of 2010.

With its light weight and small size the Nintendo Wii makes it easy to place anywhere without taking up much space. You can choose to lay it flat on a surface or stand it up vertically with its circular clear stabilizer for the main stand.

When your purchase a Wii, the package includes; a stand and stabilizer, a Wii Remote, one Nunchuk attachment, a Sensor Bar with removeable stand, an external main power adapter, two AA batteries, a composite AV cable with RCA connectors, a SCART adapter, operation guide/manual, and a copy of the Wii Sports game.

All though the Wii has great features like its Wii Menu, Backward compatibility, Nintendo Ds connectivity, Online connectivity, and Parental controls it lacks a few qualities. Unlike the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, the Nintendo Wii does not play DVD or CD's.

How important is that? Pretty important to people who are looking for the full package.

But don't let that stop your from getting yourself a Wii if you don't already have one because there is a system out there that will show you exactly how to Unlock your Wii so that you can watch movies and listen to music just like the Xbox 360 and PS3. You can even learn how to play those old games from the orginal Nintendo like Mario Bros, Super Mario Brothers, and Super Contra all on your Nintendo Wii console.

If you want to know how other people are unlocking their Wii and turning it into a home media center check it out!
