The top Nintendo Wii games for Christmas - Shopping - Electronics

If you have not got a Nintendo Wii then you may struggle as (once again) they have proved to be a major success this Christmas with them appearing on many peoples wish list. If you are one of the lucky ones to have one then your luck is in as here are some of the games you simply have to buy this Christmas.

One of the must have games is Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games. The title pretty much explains it all really but it offers much more. You can play as any Miis you may have set up and compete on the track and field in events such as the 100 metres, hammer throw and many more. Many people who have played it say its very addictive so expect to be still playing it throughout Boxing Day!

Boom Blox is another popular game this Christmas. This game involves destroying structures of up to 20 blocks by choosing various weapons to throw at it using your Wii remote, this may seem simple but as the levels go on it becomes harder. One way to describe it is; Jenga with more explosions.

One game that is sure to get everyone to the shops is Mario Kart Wii; the latest version of the well loved game has everything its predecessors had. Race around various tracks and find the power-ups and weapons to hinder your opponents and help you race to victory. This is a fantastic game for all the family.

With so many music games available on various consoles, it was inevitable that there would be some arriving on the Wii. Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock allows you to play along to some of your favourite rock songs and release your inner rock god!

If you want to play some quieter, more classical music then the aptly named Wii Music maybe better for you. Here you can take control of an orchestra, play the drums or other musical instruments available. All instruments are played with a flick of the remote and are great fun to play. With a variety of games available on the Wii you are bound to find one that interests you.

With online shopping makes Christmas shopping easier as you can find a Nintendo Wii or Playstation from the leading providers. The Wii will be popular this Christmas, but which do you want?
